Right of Withdrawal

If you have second thoughts about your purchase, you can still decide to return the item to us without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from its delivery (or from the delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries).

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to the purchase of any product on Monellaplus.it, except for sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery.

If you purchase as a "consumer", in case of exercising the right of withdrawal as described here, you will be entitled to a refund; we will refund the product price but not the shipping costs incurred. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

We will refund the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised and, where applicable, the shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of having returned it to Monellaplus.it, whichever occurs first.

Any costs for returning the product are your responsibility. Except in cases where free returns are provided, if the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may withhold an amount from the refund corresponding to their decreased value.

Please pack the product properly!

Please note that we cannot accept returns made by hand delivery. For greater security, if the value of the product to be returned exceeds EUR 75, we suggest you return the item by sending it with proof of receipt.
